A plain-English explanation of how the Frankow Ltd Outreach Engine handles business contact information.
Who is responsible
Frankow Ltd is responsible for the personal information handled through this system. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to rafael@frankow.uk.
What information is used
The system may hold a person’s name, business role, company, work email address, publicly available company information, the source used to find it, correspondence status and whether the person has opted out. It is intended for business contacts, not consumer mailing lists or sensitive personal information.
Why it is used
Information is used for low-volume, individually reviewed business outreach where Frankow Ltd believes the message may be relevant to the recipient’s professional responsibilities. The legal basis relied on is legitimate interests. Every first email is reviewed by a person before sending and includes identification and a simple opt-out.
Where information comes from
Information may come directly from the recipient, a company website, Companies House, professional profiles, other public business sources, or a business-data provider. Research generated with AI is treated as a suggestion and should be checked before use.
Service providers
Frankow Ltd uses service providers to host the application and database, assist with research and drafting, and deliver email. These currently include Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic and Zoho. They process information only to provide those services, subject to their contractual and security arrangements.
Retention and opt-outs
Prospect information is kept only while it remains relevant to the business purpose and is reviewed periodically. An opt-out record may be retained for longer so that the address is not contacted again. Opted-out addresses are placed on a system-wide suppression list.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, depending on the circumstances. You can object to direct marketing at any time by replying to the email, using its unsubscribe option, or contacting Frankow Ltd. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
